摘 要:随着云计算、大数据、人工智能等数字技术的快速发展,智能建造作为建筑行业数字化转型的核心驱动力,正在推动传统建筑行业向智能化、绿色化、人性化方向转型升级。然而,我国建筑行业面临劳动资源短缺、高端人才不足、关键技术依赖国外等挑战。为此,国家通过战略规划、技术创新支持、标准化建设等政策,为智能建造发展提供了有力保障。本文从智能环境支撑、智能技术支撑等方面提出实施路径,并结合苏州某中学建设项目,详细阐述了智能建造技术在智能设计、施工、监测和管理中的具体应用。研究表明,智能建造技术通过BIM与新一代信息技术的深度融合,显著提升了建筑项目的设计效率、施工精度和管理水平,为建筑行业的高质量发展提供了理论依据和实践参考。With the rapid development of cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,and other digital technologies,intelligent construction,as the core driving force for the digital transformation of the construction industry,is promoting the transformation and upgrading of the traditional construction industry in the direction of intelligence,greening,and humanization.However,China's construction industry faces challenges such as a shortage of labor resources,insufficient high-end talents,and dependence on foreign countries for key technologies.For this reason,the state has provided a strong guarantee for the development of intelligent construction through strategic planning,technological innovation support,standardization of construction,and other policies.This paper puts forward the implementation path from the aspects of intelligent environment support and intelligent technology support and elaborates on the specific application of intelligent construction technology in intelligent design,construction,monitoring,and management in combination with a middle school construction project in Suzhou.The study shows that intelligent construction technology significantly improves the design efficiency,construction accuracy,and management level of construction projects through the deep integration of BIM and new generation of information technology,providing a theoretical basis and practical reference for the high-quality development of the construction industry.
