摘  要:管道非开挖修复技术,由于具有施工工期短和对周边环境影响小的特点,得到越来越广泛的关注。对其工程造价的特点和成本影响因素进行研究,有助于进一步推广该技术。首先对非开挖修复技术的施工特点和造价特点进行分析,通过研究表明,在埋深较深时,非开挖修复技术具有更好的经济效益。同时,分析管径、埋深、修复工艺、管道现状和占用交通情况等对非开挖修复技术工程成本的影响,提出了控制造价的控制措施。研究表明,管径和修复工艺的选择对工程成本的影响较为明显。当项目处于城市繁华地带时,应综合考虑占用交通所带来的延误成本。The non excavation repair technology for pipelines has received increasing attention due to its short construction period and minimal impact on the surrounding environment.Studying the characteristics of its engineering cost and cost influencing factors can help further promote this technology.Firstly,the construction characteristics and cost characteristics of non excavation repair technology are analyzed.Research shows that non excavation repair technology has better economic benefits when buried deeper.At the same time,,Analyzed the impact of pipe diameter,burial depth,repair process,pipeline status,and traffic occupancy on the cost of non excavation repair technology engineering,and proposed cost control measures.Research has shown that the choice of pipe diameter and repair process has a significant impact on engineering costs.When the project is located in a bustling urban area,the delay cost caused by occupying traffic should be comprehensively considered.
