摘  要:T形钢管束混凝土组合墙(T-shaped Steel-concrete Composite Wall with Steel Tubes and Concrete,简称T-SCW)主要是由矩形钢管、C形钢或H型钢等焊接组成钢管束,并在腔体内浇筑混凝土形成的新型钢-混凝土组合构件。为了研究T-SCW构件在单向弯矩和轴力联合作用下的截面性能,采用XTRACT软件分析了T-SCW的N-M相关曲线,评估了材料强度、钢板厚度、单腔尺寸等参数对其截面压弯性能的影响。分析结果表明:钢材强度及钢板厚度的增加均会提升T-SCW截面的受弯承载力,混凝土强度的提升对T-SCW截面轴压承载力的贡献较明显;材料强度与钢板厚度对归一化曲线的形状有重要影响。基于回归分析,构建了T-SCW截面单向压弯性能N-M计算表达式,简化公式与纤维模型计算结果吻合良好,研究成果可为此类结构的工程设计提供参考。T-shaped Steel-concrete Composite Wall with Steel Tubes and Concrete is mainly composed of rectangular steel pipe,C-shaped steel or H-shaped steel welding,and the new steel-concrete composite member formed by pouring concrete in the cavity.To study the cross-section performance of T-SCW members under the combined action of unidirectional bending moment and axial force,the N-M correlation curve of T-SCW was analyzed by XTRACT software to evaluate the influence of parameters such as the section size and material strength on the section bending performance.The results show that the increase of steel strength grade or the increase of steel plate thickness will significantly improve the pure bending capacity of the section,and that the increase of concrete strength will contribute more to the axial pressure capacity.The strength of the material and the thickness of the steel plate have an important influence on the shape of the normalization curve.Based on regression analysis,the N-M calculation expression of unidirectional compression bending performance of T-SCW cross-section was constructed.The simplified results are in good agreement with the calculation results of the fiber model,and the research results can provide theoretical support for the engineering design of such structures.
