老年人视角下老旧小区热舒适度优化策略研究

摘　　要：以老年人群为视角,通过问卷调查和软件模拟等方法,分析绿地空间多种因素对老年人热舒适度的影响。所得结论如下:通过对测点的绿地率、植物配置种类、植物空间布局的改善能够有效降低场地外部空间的温度,提升湿度及老年人群的热舒适度值;老年人群对绿化空间的需求和偏好具有独特性,相对于其他年龄段的人来说老年人的热感受更加敏感,投票显示近90%的受访者对室外温度的感受集中在“稍热”及以上。可通过增设垂直绿化、屋顶花园等方法更有效地增加绿化面积以提升老旧小区室外绿地空间的舒适性,选择适合老年人的植被类型及遮阳设施,合理规划绿化空间布局方便老年人进行休闲活动,以期提高老年人群的生活质量和社会福祉。From the perspective of the elderly population,this study analyzes the impact of various factors in green space on thermal comfort among the elderly through methods such as questionnaire surveys and software simulations.The conclusions obtained are as follows:By improving the green space ratio,types of plant arrangements and spatial layouts of plants at the measurement points,it is possible to effectively reduce the temperature of the outdoor spaces on the site,increase the humidity and improve the thermal comfort values for the elderly.The elderly have unique needs and preferences for green spaces.Compared with people of other age groups,the elderly are more sensitive to thermal sensations.Voting results show that nearly 90%of the respondents feelings about the outdoor temperature are concentrated in the range of“slightly hot”and above.Vertical greening and rooftop gardens can be added to effectively increase the green area and enhance the comfort of outdoor green spaces in old residential areas.We can choose the types of vegetation and shading facilities that are suitable for the elderly,and plan the layout of green spaces reasonably to facilitate the elderly s leisure activities in order to improve their quality of life and social well-being.
