摘  要:针对某舰载设备的可靠性要求,结合设备研制生产情况,基于定时截尾试验方案规划了可靠性摸底试验与可靠性鉴定试验相结合的两阶段可靠性试验,制定了试验剖面。通过摸底试验结果对设备进行迭代优化,并最终零故障通过可靠性鉴定试验,结合零故障下的置信下限法测算了该型设备的可靠性水平,为该型设备最终可靠性评估和鉴定定型提供了有效支撑。To checking the reliability of a shipborne equipment,a two-stage reliability test based on fixed time truncated test was designed.In combination with development and production situation of the equipment,the reliability test contains reliability assessment test and reliability qualification test,and the test profile was formulated.The equipment was iteratively optimized according to the results of assessment test,and finally passed the reliability qualification test without any fault.The reliability level of the equipment was estimated under zero-fault condition,which effectively supported the final reliability evaluation and accreditation of the equipment.
