摘 要:针对高量值加速度试验中线缆固定可靠性不足的问题,本研究提出一种基于夹持-锁紧原理的加速度试验线缆夹具设计方案。通过有限元仿真分析,验证夹具在50 g加速度载荷下的力学性能,结果表明其最大应力为235 MPa(低于材料屈服强度250 MPa);进一步采用离心试验机开展50 g加速度实物试验,夹具主体无塑性变形、裂纹等损伤,螺栓连接处无松动,线缆无松动、滑脱现象,夹持机构锁紧功能正常,验证了设计的有效性。该夹具采用高强度铝合金框架,兼具高强度、易操作及可重复使用特性,解决了传统固定方式易松动的缺陷,可为航空航天、轨道交通等领域的高量值加速度试验提供可靠的技术支持。This study proposes a cable fixing fixture design scheme based on the clamping locking principle to address the issue of insufficient reliability in cable fixing during high acceleration testing.Through finite element simulation analysis,the mechanical properties of the fixture under a 50 g acceleration load were verified,and the results showed that its maximum stress was 235 MPa(lower than the material yield strength of 250 MPa);Further experiments were conducted using a centrifugal testing machine with an acceleration of 50 g.The main body of the fixture showed no plastic deformation,cracks or other damage,the bolt connections were not loose,the cables were not loose or slipping,and the clamping mechanism had normal locking function,verifying the effectiveness of the design.This fixture adopts a high-strength aluminum alloy frame,which combines the characteristics of high strength,easy operation,and reusability,solving the problem of easy loosening in traditional fixing methods.It can provide reliable technical support for high acceleration testing in aerospace,rail transit and other fields.
