摘  要:本研究探讨心脏起搏器在复杂电磁环境下的安全运行,分析电磁干扰对其功能的影响及现有设计的不足。研究提出外部屏蔽加强、内部电路优化及标准更新等改进策略,包括构建高导电性金属多层屏蔽、引入高效滤波与差分传输技术,并制定符合现代医疗需求的新测试标准。测试表明,优化方案不仅显著提升起搏器的抗干扰能力与长期稳定性,有效保障患者安全,还为未来设备设计和标准更新提供了坚实的理论与技术支持。This study This study explores the safe operation of pacemakers in complex electromagnetic environments,analyzes the impact of electromagnetic interference on their functionality,and highlights the shortcomings of existing designs.The research proposes improvement strategies such as strengthening external shielding,optimizing internal circuits,and updating standards,including constructing high conductivity metal multi-layer shielding,introducing efficient filtering and differential transmission technologies,and developing new testing standards that meet modern medical needs.Tests have shown that the optimization scheme not only significantly improves the antiinterference ability and long-term stability of pacemakers,effectively ensuring patient safety,but also provides solid theoretical and technical support for future device design and standard updates.
