摘 要:目的:本研究主要探讨粗糙度对A100钢在腐蚀环境下磨损性能的影响规律。方法:首先,对A100钢先进行预腐蚀浸泡试验,之后再进行干磨试验,利用多功能摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜对试样的摩擦系数、腐蚀磨损产物、腐蚀磨损三维形貌进行了表征,依据表征结果分析了粗糙度对磨损性能的影响规律。结果:研究表明,预腐蚀后,材料的摩擦系数会随着粗糙度的增加而增大,磨损率也会随之增大。结论A100材料的腐蚀磨损机理为黏着磨损与磨粒磨损,腐蚀环境下粗糙度大的材料摩擦系数与磨损率会提高,但预腐蚀后由于锈层的存在,一定的粗糙度下,材料的摩擦系数反而可能会降低。This study primarily investigates the effect of surface roughness on the wear performance of A100 steel in a corrosive environment.First,a pre-corrosion immersion test was conducted on the A100 steel,followed by dry sliding wear tests.The friction coefficient,corrosion wear products,and 3D morphology of corrosion wear were characterized using a multi-functional friction and wear testing machine,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and laser confocal microscope.Based on the characterization results,the effect of surface roughness on wear performance was analyzed.The study found that after pre-corrosion,the friction coefficient and wear rate of the material increased with increasing surface roughness.The corrosion wear mechanism of A100 steel was identified as adhesive wear and abrasive wear.In a corrosive environment,materials w ith higher surface roughness exhibited higher friction coefficients and wear rates.However,after pre-corrosion,due to the presence of a rust layer,the friction coefficient of the material may decrea se at certain roughness levels.
