摘 要:在热带海洋大气环境下对四种常用金属材料进行了模拟装备内部环境腐蚀研究,通过腐蚀速率评价热带海洋装备的内部不同局部环境下的腐蚀情况,并进行对比分析。结果表明,在热带海洋大气环境中,装备内部的三种局部环境下,强制通风和密闭环境的腐蚀等级相当,自然通风环境最恶劣。在热带海洋环境下开展产品设计时,尽量避免自然通风环境的使用。Four A simulation study was conducted on the corrosion of four commonly used metal materials in the atmospheric environment of tropical marine.The corrosion rate was used to evaluate the corrosion situation of tropical island and reef equipment in different local environments,and a comparative analysis was conducted.The results indicate that in the atmospheric environment of tropical marine,the corrosion levels of forced ventilation and sealed environments are comparable among the three local environments inside the equipment,with natural ventilation being the most severe.When designing products in tropical reef environments,try to avoid the use of naturally ventilated environments as much as possible.
