摘  要:关于医疗器械的电磁兼容性(EMC)问题,本文提出了一套综合性的设计原则和优化策略。其一,就医疗器械内部和外部的常见干扰源进行分析,对电磁干扰敏感的关键电路和部件予以识别,且结合电磁兼容测试失败案例,进而总结出现有医疗器械在电磁兼容方面所面临的挑战。其二,针对屏蔽、接地、滤波、布局布线等电磁兼容设计原则,以及源头抑制、途径阻断、敏感电路保护、软件抗干扰等优化策略展开详细阐述。其三,以输液泵作为示例,阐明如何对这些设计原则和优化策略加以应用,并对应用效果予以分析。研究结果表明,所提出的设计原则和优化策略能够切实有效地提升医疗器械的电磁兼容性能。本研究为医疗器械的设计与开发提供了颇具益处的参考,有利于确保医疗器械能够安全可靠地运行,从而更好地为人类健康服务。This article proposes a comprehensive set of design principles and optimization strategies for electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)issues in medical devices.Firstly,analyze the common interference sources inside and outside medical devices,identify key circuits and components sensitive to electromagnetic interference,and summarize the challenges faced by existing medical devices in electromagnetic compatibility by combining electromagnetic compatibility test failure cases.Secondly,a detailed explanation is provided on electromagnetic compatibility design principles such as shielding,grounding,filtering,layout and wiring,as well as optimization strategies such as source suppression,path blocking,sensitive circuit protection,and software anti-interference.Thirdly,taking the infusion pump as an example,explain how to apply these design principles and optimization strategies,and analyze the application effects.The research results indicate that the proposed design principles and optimization strategies can effectively improve the electromagnetic compatibility performance of medical devices.This study provides valuable references for the design and development of medical devices,ensuring their safe and reliable operation and better serving human health.
