全轴振动台与电动振动台的激励特性研究

摘  要:为研究全轴振动台和电动振动台对不同频率试验件的缺陷激发效果,利用仿真软件设计出四组结构相同固有频率不同的试验件,采用在全轴振动台三向同时振动、电动振动台单向振动的方式,分析不同试验件在两种振动模式下的监测均方根值和破坏情况。结果表明,除试验件固有频率>2000 Hz,电动振动台对试验件的缺陷激发均比全轴振动台更加明显;对于试验件的薄弱环节,虽然全轴振动台三向监测到的振动量级均比电动振动台小,但是两种模式下试验件的断裂情况几乎一致,这可能与全轴振动台为三轴六自由度的原理相关,设备除实现三向振动,同时会产生扭转,因此破坏模式不仅仅是三向位移产生的破坏,可能还存在扭转产生的破坏。以上研究结果可为产品在选择试验设备及制定振动强化试验方法提供借鉴。To study the defect excitation effects of the repetitive shock machine and the electrodynamic shaker on test pieces of different frequencies,four groups of test pieces with the same structure but different natural frequencies were designed using simulation software.The test pieces were subjected to simultaneous three-direction vibration on the repetitive shock machine and singledirection vibration on the electro-dynamic shaker.The root mean square values of the monitoring and the damage conditions of the test pieces under the two vibration modes were analyzed.The results show that,except for the test pieces with a natural frequency>2000 Hz,the defect excitation of the test pieces by the electro-dynamic shaker is more obvious than that by the repetitive shock machine.For the weak points of the test pieces,although the v ibration magnitudes monitored in three directions by the repetitive shock machine are smaller than those by the electro-dynamic shaker,the fracture conditions of the test pieces under the two modes are almost the same.This may be related to the principle of the repetitive shock machine being a three-axis six-degree-of-freedom device.In addition to achieving three-direction vibration,it also generates torsion,so the failure mode is not only the damage caused by three-direction displacement but may also include damage caused by torsion.The above research results can provide reference for the selection of test equipment and the formulation of vibration strengthening test methods for pro ducts.
