摘 要:恒温槽作为精密温控仪器,在工业计量领域具有重要价值。当前国产恒温槽在25 ℃水介质中的控温精度普遍停留在千分位水平。本研究通过创新性设计,开发了一种大容量(44 L)、宽温域(-5~110)℃的超高精度恒温槽。实验表明,在25 ℃水介质中,其温度稳定性优于±0.000 7 ℃,均匀性误差低于0.003 ℃,波动性控制在0.003 ℃/h以内。该设备采用多重制冷优化技术与智能控制算法(模糊PID协同遗传算法),显著提升了控温精度与能效比,填补了国内高精度恒温设备的空白。As a precision temperature control instrument,the constant temperature bath has important value in the field of industrial metrology.The current temperature control accuracy of domestically produced constant temperature baths in 25℃aqueous media gener ally remains at the thousandth level.This study developed an ultra-high precision constant temperature bath with a large capacity(44 L)and a wide temperature range(-5~110)℃through innovative design.Experiments have shown that in a 25℃aqueous medium,its temperature stability is better than±0.0007℃,the uniformity error is less than 0.003℃,and the fluctuation is controlled within 0.003℃/h.The device adopts multiple refrigeration optimization technology and intelligent control algorithm(fuzzy PID collaborative genetic algorithm),significantly improving temperature control accuracy and energy efficiency ratio,filling the gap of high-precision constant temperature equipment in China.
