摘  要:[目的]设计一种基于凸轮式颠震试验台的颠震试验系统,用于大尺寸、大重量试件在开放环境下的颠震试验考核。[方法]通过分析颠震试验的运动机理,针对凸轮式颠震试验台提出了凸轮轮廓曲线设计、电机选型计算和有限元验证、波形发生器定型设计的研究思路,并通过预试验验证凸轮式颠震试验台的设计合理性,优化脉冲曲线波形。[结论]该试验系统能够在负载15 t状态下,满足GJB 4.8-1983标准中试验等级二级7 g,30 rpm,16 ms,颠震次数3000次的颠震试验要求,并具备可扩展性、自动化控制和可调整性能力,为同类产品设计提供参考。[Objective]To design a bump test system based on a cam-type bump test bench for the bump test assessment of large-sized and heavy test specimens in an open environment.[Method]By analyzing the motion mechanism of the bump test,a research idea for the design of the cam profile curve,motor selection calculation and finite element verification,and waveform generator finalization design was proposed for the cam-type bump test bench.The design rationality of the cam-type bump test bench was verified through pre-tests,and the pulse curve waveform was optimized.[Conclusions]The test system can meet the requirements of the GJB 4.8-1983 standard for a shock test of 7 g,30 rpm,16 ms,and 3000 shocks under a load of 15 t.It also has scalability,automated control,and adjustability capabilities,providing a reference for the design of similar products.
