车内温度监测及远程定位预警装置设计

摘　　要：家用小汽车内空间有限,有一定的密闭性,高温天气下会迅速升温,人员滞留车内易引发热射病,甚至危及生命安全。设计一种车内温度监测及定位预警装置,在监测车内有人员滞留的基础上,进行车内温度检测,当温度超过阈值进行远程预警,并快速定位车辆,以便车主在收到警报后快速找到车辆。运用Unigraphics NX软件建模设计该装置结构,用于传感器集成加载,并设计成可拆卸装置。然后通过Altium Designer设计硬件电路,通过Keil进行程序设计,实现对车内滞留人员及温度的检测。通过定位模块实现对汽车的定位,通过4G模块、阿里云平台和手机APP实现远程通信。装置以外载的方式通过USB与汽车连接,不侵入车载系统中控,不影响汽车本身安全。The interior space of a typical private vehicle is limited and somewhat sealed,which can lead to a rapid increase in temperature,especially during hot weather.This condition poses a risk of heatstroke and potentially life-threatening situations if individuals are stranded inside the vehicle.In this paper,an in-vehicle temperature monitoring and remote positioning warning device is designed.The device performs in-vehicle temperature detection based on detecting the presence of a person stranded in the vehicle.When the temperature exceeds a predefined threshold,a remote warning is triggered,and the vehicle is quickly located to facilitate prompt retrieval by the owner.The design process begins with the structural modeling of the device using Unigraphics NX software,enabling integration and loading of sensors.The device is designed to be detachable.Subsequently,the hardware circuit is designed using Altium designer,and the programming is implemented using Keil to enable the detection of occupants and temperature inside the vehicle.Furthermore,a GPS positioning module is utilized for precise vehicle localization,and remote communication is established through a 4G module,the Ali Cloud platform,and a mobile app to enable data transmission and warning notifications.The device adopts an external design and connects to the vehicle via USB,without intruding into the central control system,thus not affecting the vehicle’s original circuits or inherent safety.
