摘 要:海滨木槿树冠浓密、花大,具有较高的园林观赏价值和生态抗逆性。但海滨木槿的种子种皮坚硬,发芽率低,限制了其在园林绿化中的应用。探索不同温度、光照和预处理方式对海滨木槿种子萌发的影响。研究结果表明:海滨木槿种子萌发的最佳温度为25℃,低温或高温会抑制海滨木槿种子萌发;光照不是海滨木槿种子萌发的必要条件,海滨木槿种子在连续黑暗条件下仍可萌发;酸处理、酸处理+激素处理、热水水浴均可促进海滨木槿种子萌发,其中酸处理效果最好,其发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为98.89%、91.11%和48.89。Hibiscus hamabo(H.hamabo),characterized by its dense canopy and large flowers,holds significant ornamental value and strong ecological stress resistance.However,the hard seed coat of H.hamabo results in low germination rates,thereby limiting its application in landscaping.In this study,the effects of varying temperatures,light and pretreatment methods on the seed germination of H.hamabo were explored.The results showed that the optimal temperature for the seed germination of H.hamabo was 25℃,with both low or high temperatures inhibiting seed germination.Light was not a necessary condition for the seed germination of H.hamabo,which can still germinate under continuous dark conditions.Pretreatments such as acid treatment,acid plus hormone treatment,and hot water bath could promote the seed germination of H.hamabo,among which acid treatment had the best effect,yielding germination rates,germination potential,and germination index of 98.89%,91.11%,and 48.89,respectively.
