摘 要:百合(Lilium spp.)是一类重要的多年生单子叶球根花卉。最近,研究人员通过多倍体育种的方式,获得了许多优质的新品种。对百合多倍体育种的研究进展进行了综述,从外植体类型、诱变剂的种类、浓度和处理时间及诱导方式等方面介绍了体细胞染色体加倍,利用化学试剂和高温诱导2n配子等方式来实现多倍体育种,以及多倍体鉴定方法的形态学、细胞学、染色体计数和分子水平鉴定等研究。总结了百合多倍体育种的成果,并提出了从分离嵌合体、组合多种的诱导方式来提高成功率,结合分子标记技术实现精准育种,深入多倍体百合植株的研究和应用对百合多倍体育种进行展望。通过这些研究,可以更好地理解和利用百合的遗传变异,为百合多倍体育种技术及其应用的研究提供参考,为百合种质资源的创新提供理论依据,为百合产业的发展作出更大的贡献。Lilies(Lilium spp.)are an important group of perennial monocotyledonous bulbous flowers.Recently,numerous high-quality new varieties have been obtained through polyploid breeding.The advances in polyploid breeding of lilies were reviewed,including the types of explants,the types of mutagens,the concentration of mutagens,the treatment time and the induction methods of somatic chromosome doubling.Furthermore,the polyploid breeding was realized by artificial induction and high temperature induction of 2n gametes with chemical reagents,and the identification methods for polyploids at the morphological,cytological,chromosome counting,and molecular levels were discussed.The achievements of polyploid breeding in lilies were summarized and the future studies were proposed for the polyploid breeding of lilies,including inducing hybridization separation and combining multiple induction methods to improve success rate,achieving precise breeding through molecular marker technology,and conducting in-depth research and application of polyploid lily plants.Through these studies,the genetic variation of lilies(Lilium spp.)can be better understood and utilized,providing references for the research on polyploid breeding technology and its applications,theoretical support for the innovation of Lilium germplasm resources,and making greater contributions to the development of the Lilium industry.
