流苏树不同品种光合生理特征的比较研究

摘  要:为探究流苏树‘雪早花’和‘银针’与金叶流苏树‘源金’和‘迁金’,这4种叶色具有差异的流苏树新品种的光合生理特征,本研究测定了它们的光响应曲线和光合色素含量。研究结果显示,在这4种流苏树中,‘雪早花’的最大净光合速率(Pnmax)最高,‘银针’的耐阴性能力最强,均优于金叶流苏树‘源金’和‘迁金’。光合色素的含量及比例是影响流苏树光合特性的重要因素。4种流苏树的叶绿素含量与其Pnmax呈现正相关。叶绿素含量的高低可能是导致不同流苏树品种Pnmax具有差异的主要原因。本研究结果为在生态恢复中做到适地适树和群落结构的优化提供参考。This study aimed to investigate the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of four new varieties of Chionanthus retusus with distinct leaf colors:‘Xue zao hua’and‘Yin zhen’compared to the golden-leafed‘Yuan jin’and‘Qian jin’.The light response curves and photosynthetic pigment contents of these varieties were measured.The results revealed that‘Xue zao hua’had the highest maximum net photosynthetic rate(Pnmax),and‘Yin zhen’had the strongest shade tolerance,both superior to the golden-leafed‘Yuan jin’and‘Qian jin’.The content and proportion of photosynthetic pigments are important factors affecting the photosynthetic characteristics of C.retusus.A positive correlation was observed between the chlorophyll content and Pnmax among the four types of C.retusus.The chlorophyll content may be the main reason for the differences in Pnmax among the varieties of C.retusus.These findings offer valuable references for optimizing the suitability of tree species and community structures in ecological restoration projects.
