噻虫啉等3种药剂防治光肩星天牛成虫效果试验

摘　　要：本文通过室内、室外运用不同剂型噻虫啉、杀螟松乳油和吡虫啉开展试验,结果显示,室内、室外试验防效一致,且室内试验噻虫啉药效持效期在28 d。室外药效防治显示,噻虫啉防治效果优于杀螟松乳油、吡虫啉,吡虫啉优于杀螟松乳油,不同剂型噻虫啉防效顺序为:微囊悬浮剂>悬浮剂>微囊颗粒剂,微囊悬浮剂效果明显优于悬浮剂、微囊颗粒剂。This article conducted experiments using different formulations of thiacloprid,creamolide and imidacloprid indoors and outdoors.The results showed that the indoor and outdoor experiments were consistent.The indoor results showed that the efficacy of thiacloprid lasted for 28 days.Outdoor pharmacological prevention and control showed that thiacloprid had better control effects than creamolide and imidacloprid,and imidacloprid was superior to pyridoxone cream.The control effects of thiacloprid in different dosage forms were as follows:microcapsule suspension>suspension>microcapsule granules.The effect of microcapsule suspension was significantly better than that of suspension and microcapsule granules.
