摘  要:为延长伊藤杂种‘巴茨拉’切花的瓶插寿命和提高瓶插切花品质,本研究以伊藤杂种‘巴茨拉’切花为材料,以蒸馏水为对照,采用浓度为10 mg/L、20 mg/L和30 mg/L的纳米银(NS)作为预处理液,分别处理2 h、4 h和6 h,之后插入统一的瓶插保鲜液(蒸馏水+20 g/L蔗糖)中进行瓶插观测,分析NS对‘巴茨拉’瓶插寿命、花径、切花相对鲜重和相对吸水量的影响,筛选出保鲜效果最佳的预处理液配方。结果表明:20 mg/L NS处理6 h的保鲜效果最好,与对照相比,能延长瓶插寿命30.77%,增大花径8.99%,明显提高切花相对鲜重和相对吸水量,显著提高‘巴茨拉’的瓶插寿命和切花品质,可作为‘巴茨拉’切花采后保鲜预处理液。In order to prolong the vase life and improve the quality of Itoh hybrid‘Bartzella’cut flowers,this study used nano-silver(NS)with concentrations of 10 ppm,20 ppm and 30 ppm as pretreatment solutions for 2h,4h and 6h respectively,and then added it to the vase preservation solution(distilled water+20g/L sucrose)for vase observation.The effects of NS on vase life,flower diameter,relative fresh weight and relative water absorption of‘Bartzella’cut flowers were analyzed,and the pretreatment solution formula with the best preservation effect was selected.The results showed that:20 ppm NS treatment for 6h had the best fresh-keeping effect,and compared with the control,it could prolong the vase life by 30.77%,increase the flower diameter by 8.99%,and significantly improve the relative fresh weight and relative water absorption of cut flowers.Therefore,it can significantly improve the vase life and cut flower quality of‘Bartzella’,and can be used as postharvest fresh-keeping pretreatment solution for‘Bartzella’cut flowers.
