樟脑硫洗剂中樟脑含量的研究

摘　　要：目的建立气相色谱法测定樟脑硫洗剂中樟脑的含量。方法使用DB-624毛细管柱(30 mm×0.53 mm,3.0μm)为色谱柱,FID检测器,载气:N_(2),流速1 m L·min^(-1),进样口温度250℃;检测器温度250℃;分流比20∶1;进样体积1μL,程序升温(90℃维持1 min,以10℃·min^(-1)升至180℃,维持5 min,再以10℃·min^(-1)升至220℃,保持5 min)。结果樟脑在0.2489~0.7466 mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=1.07%。结论该方法专属性好,结果准确,可用于樟脑硫洗剂中樟脑的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish GC method for determination of camphor in camphor sulfur lotion.METHODS A DB-624capillary column(330 mm×0.53 mm,3.0μm)was used as the column,with nitrogen as the carrier gas,the flow rate was 1.0 m L·min^(-1),Inlet temperature 250℃.Detector temperature 250℃.Split ratio 20∶1.Injection volume 1μL,Programmed heating(initial temperature 90℃,maintain 1 minute,10℃.min^(-1)to 180℃,maintain 5 minutes,then 10℃·min^(-1)to 220℃,maintain 5 minutes).RESULTS Camphor ranged from 0.2489 to 0.7466 mg·m L^(-1),and there was a good linear relationship(r=0.9997).The average recovery rate was 99.2%,RSD=1.07%.CONCLUSION The method has good specificity and accurate results,and can be used for the content determination of camphor in camphor sulfur lotion.
