摘　　要：目的基于信息系统探索肿瘤专科超说明书用药管理的新模式。方法在超说明书用药管理前、中、后各个关键环节引入信息化技术,利用不同的信息模块规范用药前流程、实现用药中审核、完善用药后的监管。结果初步建立肿瘤专科抗肿瘤药物超说明书用药全程化、闭环管理新模式,管理效率提高,抗肿瘤药物超说明书用药的处方行为与不合理超说明书用药下降。结论引入信息化的新管理模式有助于规范抗肿瘤药物超说明书用药行为,提升合理用药水平。OBJECTIVE To explore a new mode of management of oncological off-label use based on information system.METHODS Information technology was introduced before,during,and after the critical steps of the management process of oncological off-label use.Ex-Ante normalization,progressing reviewing,and post-project supervision were realized using different information modules.RESULTS A new management model for oncologic off-label use was initially established.It helps to improve management efficiency,reduce off-label prescriptions of anticancer therapy,and decrease unreasonable off-label use.CONCLUSION The new management model based on information technology contributes to regulating oncological off-label use and promoting rational use of medicine.
