摘　　要：目的探讨多部门协同管理(MDT)在优化病区退药处置工作的应用效果,为规范住院病区退药处置与管理提供循证依据。方法选取2023年7~12月某院住院病区退药处置工作为研究对象。其中,2023年7~9月为对照组,2023年10~12月为试验组。通过建立多部门协同管理,由医务部规范医嘱行为,护理部重整规范退药工作,后勤部定时集中转运退药,药学部制定退药规范并对医护勤人员进行规范退药培训,比较实施多部门协同管理前后住院病区退药处置工作相关指标的变化。结果从整体上看,实施多部门协同管理后,退药处置流程得到了优化和改善,药师每日退药时间减少59.39 min、工作打断次数减少11.58次,每日退药工勤人数减少2.76人,病区退药率下降1.29%。结论通过建立MDT,有效改善了住院部退药问题,提高了住院病区退药处置效率,为医院提供了一种高效且规范的退药管理模式以及高质量药学服务。OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of multi-disciplinary collaborative management(MDT)in optimizing the disposal of returned medications in inpatient wards,providing evidence-based guidelines for standardization of medication return management in inpatient wards.METHODS The study focused on the medication return management in inpatient wards at a Hospital from July to December 2023.The period from July to September 2023 served as the control group,while October to December 2023 was the experimental group.By establishing a multi-disciplinary collaborative management,the medical department standardized the behavior of prescribing medications,while the nursing department reorganized medication withdrawal work.The logistics department regularly arranged return medication transportation in a centralized manner.The pharmacy department developed medication withdrawal standards and provided standardized medication withdrawal training for medical and logistics staff.RESULTS Overall,after the implementation of MDT,the medication return process in inpatient wards was optimized and improved.The pharmacists'daily medication withdrawal time reduced by 59.39 minutes,the number of work interruptions reduced by 11.58,the number of daily workers for medication withdrawal decreased by 2.76,and the medication withdrawal rate in the wards decreased 1.29%.CONCLUSION By establishing MDT,the study effectively addressed medication return issues in hospital departments,improved the efficiency of medication return in inpatient wards,and provided an efficient and standardized drug return management model and high-quality pharmaceutical services for hospitals.
