摘  要:纳米粒给药系统(Nanoparticle Drug Delivery System,NDDS)因其独特的尺寸效应、可调控的表面特性和优良的生物相容性,在药物递送领域显示出巨大的应用潜力。本文综述了NDDS的常用制备方法、表征手段、质量评价及毒性研究进展。但纳米粒(Nanoparticles,NPs)也存在一定的毒性和不良反应,文中探讨了NPs在肝脏、肾脏、肺部及生殖系统中的毒性表现及机制,分析了NPs种类、粒径大小、表面修饰等因素对毒性的影响。尽管纳米粒给药系统在药物输送中的前景广阔,但仍需进一步优化制备工艺并深入评估其安全性以应用于临床。Nanoparticle drug delivery systems show great application potential in the field of drug delivery due to their unique sizedependent effect,tunable surface properties and excellent biocompatibility.This article reviews the common preparation methods,characterization methods,quality evaluation,and research progress on toxicity research progress of nanoparticle drug delivery systems.However,nanoparticles also have certain toxicity and adverse reactions.This article discusses the toxic manifestations and mechanisms of nanoparticles in the liver,kidneys,lungs and reproductive system,and analyzes the effects of factors such as nanoparticle type,particle size,and surface modification on toxicity.Although nanoparticle drug delivery systems have broad prospects for drug delivery,further optimization of the preparation process and in-depth evaluation of their safety are still needed for clinical application.
