摘  要:发展新能源是构建新型能源体系、助力中国实现“双碳”目标的重要战略举措。中国中部、东部和南部地区因其地形特征多采用分散式的新能源开发模式。但分散式新能源通常处于网架结构薄弱地区,工业负荷接入周边,加之其自身显著的电力电子特性,并网后会给电力系统带来复杂的稳定控制难题。为此,针对分散式新能源并网稳定性问题的机理分析与控制方法进行综述,从多时间尺度的角度归纳了谐波、电压、暂态同步以及频率等方面不同类型的稳定性问题,并总结了中国新能源并网的相关标准;进一步分析了复杂并网稳定性问题的产生原因,阐述并比较了各类稳定性控制方法的原理、优缺点等;最后结合新型储能与人工智能算法的发展趋势,对该领域未来研究方向进行了总结与展望。Developing renewable generations is an important strategic measure for building a new energy system and helping China achieve the goal of“double-carbon”.The decentralized mode of renewable generation has been widely adopted in China’s central,eastern and southern regions due to its topographical characteristics.However,decentralized renewable generation is usually located in the area of weak grid structure with industrial load access.Due to its power electronic characteristics,complex stability control problems may arise after access to the grid.In this paper,we review the mechanism analysis and control methods of stability problems of decentralized renewable generations integrated into the grid.We conclude different types of stability problems in terms of harmonics,voltage,transient synchronization and frequency from the perspective of multiple time scales.Then the relevant standards of renewable energy integration to the grid in China are summarized.The reasons for complex grid-integrated stability problems are further analyzed.The principles,strengths,weaknesses and disadvantages of various stability control methods are elaborated and compared.Finally,we summarize the status quo of researches and put forward the prospects in the future research direction of this field by combining the development trend of new energy storage and artificial intelligence algorithms.
