摘  要:人工智能(AI)与量子技术是目前的战略性科技发展方向,两种技术的结合在高精度探测、加速计算、安全通信和新型材料设计等领域有巨大发展优势,在电力系统中展现出了广阔的应用前景。该文首先介绍了AI在电力系统中的应用现状,包括电力设备监测与运维、电力系统控制与规划、电力交易与市场管理、电力电子系统和电力设备设计与制造等应用场景,分析了AI技术具有的优势。然后,从量子测量、量子计算、量子通信和量子材料4个方面详细阐述了量子技术在电力系统中的应用现状,探讨了量子技术在电力参量高精度测量、电力系统快速规划与控制、电力系统安全通信和电力设备优化改进中的重要作用。接着,从“AI+量子测量”、“AI+量子计算”、“AI+量子通信”、“AI+量子材料”4个角度展望了AI与量子技术紧密融合在电力系统中的应用前景。最后,总结了AI与量子技术在电力系统中结合应用所面临的挑战和未来发展方向。Artificial Intelligence(AI)and quantum technology are currently strategic scientific and technological development directions at home and abroad.Combining these two fields offers significant technical advantages in high-precision detection,accelerated computation,secure communication,and new material design,demonstrating broad application prospects in power systems.We first introduce the current applications of AI in power systems,including scenarios such as monitor and maintenance of power equipment,power system control and planning,power trading and market management,power electronics systems,and the design and manufacture of power equipment.Moreover,we analyze the advantages of AI technology.Then,we elaborate the current applications of quantum technology in power systems from four aspects:quantum measurement,quantum computing,quantum communication,and quantum materials.We explore the crucial roles of quantum technology in high-precision measurement of power parameters,rapid planning and control of power systems,secure communication in power systems,and optimization and improvement of power equipment.Next,we put forward the application prospects in the integration of AI and quantum technology in power systems from four perspectives:“AI+quantum measurement”,“AI+quantum computing”,“AI+quantum communication”,and“AI+quantum materials”.Finally,we summarize the challenges and development directions faced by the combined application of AI and quantum technology in power systems.
