摘 要:风电制氢作为一种全周期零碳排放的制氢方式,是实现碳中和目标、促进能源结构绿色转型的重要途径。针对风电制氢系统接入弱电网下主动支撑能力弱的问题,提出基于构网型储能虚拟同步机和虚拟直流电机的双虚拟电机控制策略,有效增强风电制氢系统电压、频率主动支撑能力,也为制氢系统直流母线提供可靠的惯量、阻尼支撑。基于小信号方法分析了两种控制策略中转动惯量和阻尼系数对系统稳定性及动态响应的影响情况。最后通过SIMULINK搭建的风-氢-储仿真模型进行验证,结果显示所提策略可为风电制氢系统接入弱电网提供可靠的电压、频率支撑,也能较好地改善制氢系统直流母线电压波动情况。Hydrogen production by wind power is a method with characteristics of full-cycle and zero-carbon emission hydrogen production,which is an important way to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality and promote the green transformation of the energy structure.In accordance with the problems of the weak active support capability of a hydrogen production system by wind power connected to the weak grid,a dual virtual generator control strategy based on a grid-forming energy storage virtual synchronous generator strategy and the virtual DC machine strategy are adopted in the hydrogen production system by wind power in this paper,which enhances the active support capability of voltage and frequency of the system effectively,as well as provides a reliable inertia and damping support for the DC bus of the hydrogen production system.In addition,the effects of rotational inertia and damping coefficients on the stability and dynamic response of the system are analyzed based on the small-signal method for both control strategies.At last,the wind-hydrogen-storage simulation model constructed by SIMULINK is verified,and the results show that the dual virtual generator control strategy can provide reliable voltage and frequency support for the hydrogen production system by wind power which connects to the weak grid,and improve the DC bus voltage fluctuation of the hydrogen production system better.
