摘 要:无论是户用光伏系统还是恶劣环境中的大型光伏电站,灰尘堆积都会对光伏板光电转换效率造成显著影响,因此研发光伏板清洁装置具有迫切需求。当前国内外主流光伏清洁设备多采用爬行式结构,普遍存在移动不便、清洁效率低下的技术痛点。针对此现状,基于传感器和单片机技术,以互联网技术为依托,设计了一款全自动光伏智能清洁装置,实现了无人化管理。该系统不仅降低了成本,而且还对清洁装置的质量和稳定性进行了优化,实现了光伏板的周期性自动清洁。Whether it is a household photovoltaic system or a large photovoltaic power station in a harsh environment,dust accumulation will have a significant impact on the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic panels,so the development of photovoltaic panel cleaning devices has an urgent need.At present,the mainstream photovoltaic cleaning equipment at home and abroad mostly uses the crawling structure,which generally has the technical pain points of inconvenient movement and low cleaning efficiency.In view of this situation,based on sensor and micro-controller technology,relying on Internet technology,a fully automatic photovoltaic intelligent cleaning device is designed through the experiment,and the unmanned management is achieved.The system not only reduces the cost,but also improves the quality and stability of the cleaning device,and realizes the periodic automatic cleaning of the board.
