摘 要:在农业生产领域,传统移栽方式长期依赖人工操作,劳动者需长时间保持蹲姿或跪姿作业,这种作业方式不仅存在作业效率低下、劳动强度大等问题,更易引发腰椎损伤、膝关节劳损等职业健康风险。同时,人工移栽作业受降雨、高温等极端天气因素影响显著,作业连续性难以保障。针对上述痛点,设计了一款基于STM32L475芯片的智能移栽远程控制机器人。该机器人集成了先进的控制系统、通信系统、灵活的机械臂和稳定的履带式底座,能够自主完成移栽、埋土、浇灌等作业,极大地提高了工作效率,降低了人工成本,规避了传统移栽方式的缺点,为现代化农业的发展注入了新的活力。In the field of agricultural production,the traditional transplanting method relies on manual operation for a long time,and the workers need to maintain a squatting or kneeling position for a long time.This operation method not only has problems such as low efficiency and high labor intensity,but also is more likely to cause occupational health risks such as lumbar spine injury and knee joint strain.At the same time,the artificial transplanting operation is significantly affected by extreme weather factors such as rainfall and high temperature,and the continuity of opera-tion is difficult to guarantee.Aiming at the above pain points,an intelligent transplanting remote control robot based on STM32L475 is designed.This robot integrates advanced control systems,communication systems,flexible robotic arms,and stable tracked bases,and can autonomously complete tasks such as transplanting,soil burial,and irrigation.It can greatly improve work efficiency,reduce labor costs,avoid the shortcomings of traditional trans-planting methods,and inject new vitality into the development of modern agriculture.
