摘　　要：阐述了集成电路测试系统中大电流数字信号处理器(DSP)电源HexVS的基本功能与硬件设计方案。重点分析了HexVS在实际应用中的硬件配置结构和供电模式实现方式,并对板卡主要功能、工作特性和使用环境进行初步研究。详细解析了该板卡各功能模块组成、引脚参数配置方案和安全互锁装置运行机制。通过具体实例,根据测试电源需求、电压等级和数量要求,完成了电源板卡的初步设计。The basic function and hardware design of HexVS power supply for high current digital signal processor(DSP)in IC test system are described.The hardware configuration structure and power supply mode of HexVS in practical application are analyzed,and the main functions,working characteristics and operating environment of the board are preliminarily studied.The composition of each functional module,the scheme of pin parameter configura-tion and the operation mechanism of security interlock device are analyzed in detail.According to the requirements of test power supply,voltage level and quantity,the preliminary design of power supply board is completed by con-crete examples.
