摘　　要：基于全球数字技术发展背景,军事数字化转型速度不断加快,各国都在积极推进军队数字化转型。概述了数字化转型的内涵,分析了美国数字工程能力框架,提出了在数字化转型背景下军代表应具备的数字工程能力,以为后续开展装备质量监督工作提前做好能力素养储备。Based on the background of the global development of digital technology,the speed of military digital transformation is accelerating,and all major countries are actively promoting the digital transformation of their militar-ies.The connotation of digital transformation is outlined,the U.S.digital engineering competency framework is ana-lyzed,and the digital engineering competencies that military representatives should possess in the context of digital transformation are proposed,so as to make preparations for the reserve of ability and quality in advance for the sub-sequent equipment quality supervision work.
