摘　　要：肝细胞癌作为全球发病率和致死率较高的恶性肿瘤,其影像学征象在预后预测和疗效评价中展现出广阔的应用前景。本文聚焦于当前肝细胞癌的影像学特征与其预后的潜在联系,阐述采用并推广标准化影像学术语体系的重要性,展示与预后相关的影像学特征的具体范例,回顾肝细胞癌预后相关的研究热点和进展,以期为患者提供精准的预后评价和诊疗策略。As a globally prevalent malignancy with high morbidity and mortality rates,hepatocellular carcinoma has demonstrated significant potential in prognostic prediction and therapeutic evaluation through its imaging manifestations.This article focuses on the potential correlations between current imaging characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and its prognosis,emphasizing the importance of adopting and promoting a standardized imaging terminology system.It illustrates specific examples of imaging features associated with prognosis,reviews recent research hotspots and advancements in hepatocellular carcinoma prognosis.The aim is to offer precise prognostication,diagnosis and treatment strategies for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.
