二氧化碳点阵激光联合曲安奈德注射液封包治疗稳定期白癜风的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析曲安奈德注射液封包联合二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效及复发率的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2023年3月福州市第一总医院皮肤病防治院收治的200例稳定期白癜风患者,每组100例。观察组采用曲安奈德注射液封包联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,对照组采用单纯CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,对比两组总有效率、复色时间和复发率及白斑周围色素增加等不良反应等疗效指标。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者平均复色时间为(24.55±3.47)d,对照组稳定期白癜风患者平均复色时间为(28.35±2.61)d,观察组患者平均复色时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者症状、活动、情感、社交等生活质量评分改善均优于对照组,复发率低于对照组,上述差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲安奈德注射液封包联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗稳定期白癜风具有良好的疗效,能显著降低复发率,提高患者的生活质量,且与单纯CO_(2)点阵激光治疗相比并不会明显提高白斑周围色素增加等不良反应。Objective To analyze the efficacy and recurrence rate of stable vitiligo treated with combination of dexamethasone injection and CO_(2)lattice laser therapy.Methods A total of 200 patients with stable vitiligo in our hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were selected,100 patients with vitiligo treated with triamcinolone injection packet combined with CO_(2)lattice laser were included in the observation group,and another 100 patients with vitiligo treated with CO_(2)lattice laser alone were set as the control group.The total effective rate,recolor time and recurrence rate,and the increase of pigment around white spots were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of vitiligo patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The average color restoration time of stable vitiligo patients in the observation group was(24.55±3.47)days,while the average color restoration time of stable vitiligo patients in the control group was(28.35±2.61)days.The average color restoration time of stable vitiligo patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);And the improvement of quality of life scores such as symptoms,activities,emotions,and social skills in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions such as increased pigmentation around white spots compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of dexamethasone injection and laser therapy for stable vitiligo has good therapeutic effects,significantly reducing the recurrence rate and improving the quality of life of patients.Compared with simple CO_(2)lattice laser therapy,it does not significantly improve adverse reactions such as increased pigmentation around the white patches.
