当归苦参丸联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察当归苦参丸联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效。方法选取2021年6月至2024年6月联勤保障部队第九七〇医院收治的83例玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,按接诊时间先后顺序分为两组,2021年6月至2023年6月的40例玫瑰痤疮患者为对照组给予盐酸多西环素片联合1%阿达帕林凝胶外涂治疗,2023年7月至2024年6月期间收治的43例患者为观察组,在对照组基础上联合当归苦参丸治疗。分析两组皮损评分、临床疗效、皮肤屏障功能、安全性。结果治疗前,两组皮损评分、皮肤状况评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗8周后,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(χ^(2)=4.635,P=0.031),皮损评分(t=4.890,P<0.001)、皮肤状况评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组不良发生率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.667,P=0.717)。结论当归苦参丸清热燥湿、调节体内气血,阿达帕林凝胶改善毛囊角化、抗炎,二者联用从内外协同改善玫瑰痤疮皮肤状况,可有效改善玫瑰痤疮患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,且安全性良好。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Kushen pill combined with adapalene gel in the treatment of rosacea.Methods A total of 83 patients with rosacea admitted to the 970th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the order of reception time.Forty patients with rosacea from June 2021 to June 2023 were in the control group and were treated with oral doxycycline hydrochloride tablets combined with topical application of 1%adapalene gel.Forty-three patients admitted from July 2023 to June 2024 were in the observation group,who were treated with Danggui Kushen pill on the basis of the treatment regimen of the control group.The skin lesion scores,clinical efficacy,skin barrier function,and safety of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in skin lesion scores and skin condition scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ^(2)=4.635,P=0.031),and the skin lesion scores(t=4.890,P<0.001)and skin condition scores were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=0.667,P=0.717).Conclusions Danggui Kushen pill can clear heat and dry dampness,and regulate qi and blood in the body.Adapalene gel can improve the keratinization of the hair follicle orifice and has antiinflammatory effects.The combined use of the two can synergistically improve the skin condition of rosacea from both inside and outside,effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with rosacea,enhance the treatment effect,and has good safety.
