自体脂肪颗粒移植术联合微创瘢痕松解术在面部凹陷修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究自体脂肪颗粒移植术联合微创瘢痕松解术在面部凹陷修复中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2024年10月在南京中医药大学沭阳附属医院接受治疗的80例面部凹陷患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为对照组和研究组,对照组患者接受自体脂肪颗粒移植术,研究组患者接受自体脂肪颗粒移植术联合微创瘢痕松解术,对比两组患者术后6月临床疗效,瘢痕恢复情况及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组瘢痕特征、疼痛、瘙痒及总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者局部血肿、脂肪移位、感染等不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒移植术联合微创瘢痕松解术与单独接受自体脂肪颗粒移植术均可有效修复面部凹陷,但联合使用可有效改善患者术后面部瘢痕,降低局部血肿、色素沉着等不良反应发生风险。Objective To study the efficacy of autologous fat particle grafting combined with minimally invasive scar release in the repair of facial depressions.Methods Eighty cases of patients with facial depression treated in Shuyang Affiliated Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected as study subjects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to a randomized numerical table,with patients in the control group receiving autologous fat particle grafting,and patients in the study group receiving autologous fat particle grafting combined with minimally invasive scar laxation,to compare the clinical efficacy of the patients of the two groups in the six months after surgery,scar recovery and adverse reactions The clinical efficacy,scar recovery and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared at 6 months after surgery.Results The treatment effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The MVSS scar characteristics,pain,itching and total score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as local hematoma,fat displacement and infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Autologous fat particle grafting combined with minimally invasive scar debridement can be effective in repairing facial depressions as well as undergoing autologous fat particle grafting alone,but the combination can effectively improve patients'postoperative facial scarring and reduce the risk of local hematomas,hyperpigmentation,and other adverse reactions.
