美容缝合术在急诊面部创伤治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨美容缝合术在急诊面部创伤治疗中的应用效果。方法本研究选取2021年1月至2024年1月期间在本院口腔急诊科就诊的104例面部外伤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受美容缝合术治疗,比较患者在手术前及术后3个月的疼痛情况、焦虑程度以及缝合满意度。结果术前VAS评分为(8.47±1.22)分,术后VAS评分为(3.91±2.84)分,术后VAS评分均于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前SAS评分为(78.64±5.38)分,术后的焦虑评分为(56.66±4.36)分,术后SAS评分均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者满意度98.08%(102/104)。结论美容缝合术在急诊面部创伤治疗中具有显著优势,能够减少瘢痕形成,减轻患者焦虑,提高患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of cosmetic suture technique in the emergency treatment of facial trauma.Methods In this study,104 patients with facial trauma attending our dental emergency department between January 2021 and January 2024 were selected,all of whom were treated with cosmetic suturing,and were compared for pain,anxiety,and satisfaction with suturing before the procedure and at 3 months postoperatively.Results The preoperative VAS score was(8.47±1.22),and the postoperative VAS score was(3.91±2.84),and the postoperative VAS scores were all lower than the preoperative ones,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the preoperative SAS score was(78.64±5.38),and the anxiety score after the operation was(56.66±4.36),and the postoperative SAS scores were lower than the preoperative ones,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the study assessed patients'satisfaction by means of a questionnaire.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the patient satisfaction rate 98.08%(102/104).Conclusions The cosmetic suture technique has significant advantages in the emergency treatment of facial trauma,can reduce scar formation,alleviate patient anxiety,and improve patient satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
