摘　　要：目的总结采用瘢痕美容理念在颜面部Ⅲ级狂犬病暴露伤口中的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月至2023年2月,采用瘢痕美容理念治疗颜面部Ⅲ级狂犬病暴露伤口。随访12~14个月,使用POSAS瘢痕评估量表并行满意度调查。结果84例颜面部犬咬伤患者经瘢痕美容理念处理伤口后甲级愈合率72.62%,12~14个月后随访,行瘢痕POSAS评估量表,评估者量表平均得分13.43,患者量表平均得分14.67,患者及家属满意率95.24%。结论在狂犬病预防基础上,结合瘢痕美容理念,早期,规范,合理处理伤口与瘢痕,可显著改善颜面部瘢痕外观。Objective To investigate the effect of scar cosmetology on gradeⅢrabies exposed wounds on the face.Methods From July 2016 to February 2023,scar beauty concept was used to treat the facial rabies exposure wound of gradeⅢ.Follow-up was conducted for 12 to 14 months using the POSAS scar Assessment Scale.Results The Grade A healing rate of 84 patients with facial dog bites was 72.62%after scar beauty treatment.12 to 14 months later,patients were followed up with scar POSAS assessment scale,the average score of evaluator scale was 13.43,the average score of patient scale was 14.67,and the satisfaction rate of patients and their families was 95.24%.Conclusions On the basis of rabies prevention,combined with scar beauty concept,early,standardized and reasonable treatment of wounds and scars can significantly improve the appearance of facial scars.
