肉毒毒素在减轻整形美容切口术后张力的疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在系统评估肉毒毒素在减轻整形美容切口术后张力方面的疗效及安全性,为临床实践提供科学依据。方法选取2022年1月至2025年1月于苏州市第九人民医院收治的70例面部整形美容患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组于切口两侧边缘注射肉毒毒素A,对照组单纯给予减张无菌胶带处理。所有患者术后均采用减张胶带持续减张7~10天,并常规应用抗生素预防感染。通过术后30天的随访,观察切口愈合情况、瘢痕情况、不良反应及患者满意度。结果观察组患者术后切口愈合有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者瘢痕色泽、厚度、血管分布、柔软度及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为14.29%,低于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肉毒毒素注射能显著提高整形美容切口术后愈合质量,减轻瘢痕形成,降低不良反应发生率,并提高患者满意度,为整形美容术后切口处理提供了新的有效方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective This study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of botulinum toxin in reducing the tension after plastic and cosmetic incision surgery and provide scientific basis for clinical practice.Methods Seventy patients with facial plastic surgery and cosmetic surgery admitted to Suzhou No.9 People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 35 patients in each group.The observation group was injected with botulinum toxin A at the edges on both sides of the incision,and the control group was simply treated with tension-reducing sterile tape.All patients were treated with tension-reducing tape for 7-10 days after surgery and routinely used antibiotics to prevent infection.Through the follow-up of 30 days after surgery,the incision healing status,scar conditions,adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were observed.Results The observation group had a postoperative wound healing effectiveness rate of 97.14%,which was higher than the control group's 80.00%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group also showed lower scores for scar color,thickness,vascular distribution,softness,and total score compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.29%,lower than the control group's 40.00%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Additionally,patient satisfaction was higher in the observation group compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Botulinum toxin injection can significantly improve the healing quality of plastic and cosmetic incision surgery,reduce scar formation,lower the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and improve patient satisfaction.It provides a new and effective method for incision treatment after plastic and cosmetic surgery and has important clinical application value.
