摘 要:目的分析3D打印压力疗法在增生性瘢痕患者的应用效果。方法选取2023年12月至2024年12月在六盘水市人民医院治疗的增生性瘢痕患者68例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将上述68例患者分为两组。两组患者均接受标准的抗瘢痕药物治疗方案,对照组34例患者则在常规药物治疗的基础上,辅以弹力衣的联合应用,观察组34患者在常规药物基础上联合应用3D打印压力疗法。比较两组患者干预后3、6、12个月压力调整例数,压力调整达到目标值所需治疗时间,干预前和干预12个月时VSS评分。结果在干预后的6、12个月时,观察组的压力调整例数均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者达到目标压力值所需的治疗时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预12个月时,观察组患者各项VSS分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印压力疗法在增生性瘢痕患者的治疗中具有显著优势,与传统弹力衣治疗相比,3D打印压力疗法能够更稳定地维持压力、减少调整次数,同时更快地达到目标压力值,同时3D打印压力疗法在改善瘢痕的柔软度、血管分布、厚度和色泽方面均表现出更好的效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of 3D printing pressure therapy in patients with hypertrophic scar.Method We selected 68 patients with hypertrophic scars treated at Liupanshui People's Hospital from December 2023 to December 2024 as research subjects.These patients were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods.Both groups received standard scar prevention medication treatments.The control group of 34 patients received conventional drug therapy supplemented with compression garments,while the observation group of 34 patients used 3D-printed pressure therapy in addition to conventional drugs.We compared the number of pressure adjustments after 3,6,and 12 months of intervention,the time required for pressure adjustments to reach target values,and the VSS scores before and after 12 months of intervention.Results At 6 and 12 months post-intervention,the observation group had significantly fewer instances of pressure adjustments compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group also required significantly shorter treatment times to achieve target pressure values compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At 12 months post-intervention,the observation group showed superior VSS scores across all categories compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions 3D printing pressure therapy has significant advantages in the treatment of hyperplastic scar patients.Compared with traditional elastic clothing therapy,3D printing pressure therapy can maintain pressure more stably,reduce the number of adjustments,and reach the target pressure value more quickly.At the same time,3D printing pressure therapy has shown better results in improving the flexibility,blood vessel distribution,thickness and color of the scar.
