摘　　要：本研究对1例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆胸患者的治疗过程进行总结:该患者单侧乳房内因隆乳剂包块反复肿大,最终通过整形缩乳技术清除巨大隆乳剂包块并恢复乳房外形。治疗重点:通过规划手术方案,彻底切除左侧乳房内反复肿胀的隆乳剂包块,术中对乳房进行容量移位,对称性调整乳房位置,最终患者满意出院。总结本病例旨在为聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶隆胸患者的手术治疗提供整形修复方案参考。The treatment process of a patient who underwent breast augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel is summarized as follows:The unilateral breast of this patient repeatedly swelled due to the lump of the breast augmentation agent.Eventually,the huge lump of the breast augmentation agent was removed through plastic breast reduction techniques,and the breast shape was restored.Treatment focus:By formulating a surgical plan,the repeatedly swollen lump of the breast augmentation agent in the left breast was completely excised.During the operation,the breast volume was shifted,and the position of the breast was adjusted symmetrically.Finally,the patient was discharged from the hospital with satisfaction.Summarizing this case aims to provide a reference for the plastic repair plan for the surgical treatment of patients who have undergone breast augmentation with polyacrylamide hydrogel.
