摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化专项管理干预对植皮修复慢性创面患者心理状态、创面恢复效果的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月驻马店市中医院收治的100例植皮修复慢性创面患者,按护理方法不同分为两组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者实施医护一体化专项管理干预。对比两组临床效果、创面情况、心理状态。结果观察组患者恢复总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的创面愈合时间(22.76±3.18)d、肉芽愈合时间(6.48±3.01)d、肉芽覆盖时间(4.45±2.02)d均短于对照组的(40.08±3.54)d、(9.05±3.57)d、(6.02±2.33)d,换药次数(14.12±2.39)次少于对照组的(27.69±2.58)次,视觉模拟量表(VAS)(3.02±0.55)分、创面感染发生率4.00%(2/50)、汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表(HAMA)(7.01±1.11)分、汉密尔顿抑郁自评量表(HAMD)(6.72±1.06)分均低于对照组的(6.54±0.62)分、18.00%(9/50)、(11.04±2.27)分、(9.49±2.88)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用医护一体化专项管理干预效果更佳,能够缓解创面疼痛程度,改善患者的不良情绪,加快创口恢复速度。Objective To explore the effect of special management intervention of medical integration on psychological state and wound recovery of patients with chronic wound repair with skin grafting.Methods a total of 100 patients with chronic wound repaired by skin grafting admitted to Zhumadian traditional Chinese medicine hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group were given special management intervention of medical integration.The recovery effect,wound condition and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 74.00%(37/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The wound healing time(22.76±3.18)d,granulation healing time(6.48±3.01)d,granulation coverage time(4.45±2.02)d of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(40.08±3.54)d,(9.05±3.57)d,(6.02±2.33)d,the number of dressing changes(14.12±2.39)times was less than that of the control group(27.69±2.58),visual analogue scale(VAS)(3.02±0.55)points,wound infection rate 4.00%(2/50),Hamilton Anxiety self-assessment the scores of HAMA(7.01±1.11)and HAMD(6.72±1.06)were lower than those of the control group(6.54±0.62),18.00%(9/50),(11.04±2.27)and 9.49±2.88,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of special management intervention with medical integration is better,which can relieve the degree of wound pain,improve the patients'bad mood and accelerate the speed of wound recovery.
