湿润烧伤膏联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料在治疗烧伤患儿残余创面中的应用效果及围术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的分析为烧伤患儿应用湿润烧伤膏联合纳米银医用抗菌敷料的成效,对围术期护理要点进行探索。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的119例烧伤患儿为研究对象,根据护理方法不同将所有患儿分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础之上加用纳米银抗菌敷料,对比两组患儿负性情绪改善情况、疼痛情况、瘢痕情况、创面愈合情况、总住院时间、创面愈合质量、术后创面分泌物天数、发热情况、患儿生活质量。结果观察组治疗成效整体优于对照组;观察组生活质量提升幅度更为明显,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对烧伤患儿,可在应用湿润烧伤膏进行治疗的同时为患儿群体额外应用纳米银医用抗菌敷料,联合治疗方案更能加速患儿残余创面的愈合速度,改善愈合质量,缓解患儿因烧伤而出现的负性情绪,提高患儿群体的生活质量。Objective To analyze the effect of infiltrating burn ointment combined with nano-silver medical antibacterial dressing for burn children,and to explore the main points of perioperative nursing.Methods A total of 119 cases of burn children admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,December in our hospital.all children were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with infiltrating burn ointment.The observation group was treated with nano-silver antibacterial dressing on the basis of treatment in the control group.The improvement of negative emotion,pain,scar,wound healing,total hospital stay,quality of wound healing,postoperative wound secretion days,fever and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of life quality in observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions for children with burn problems,nanosilver medical antibacterial dressing can be used while infiltrating burn ointment is used,and the combined treatment can accelerate the healing speed of residual wounds in children.The quality of healing has been significantly improved.For children,this treatment scheme can obviously relieve their negative emotions caused by burns and improve their quality of life.
