基于数字化口内印模技术的舒适化护理在牙体缺损修复患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究基于数字化口内印模技术的舒适化护理在牙体缺损修复患者中的应用。方法选取2023年12月至2024年3月收治的30例牙体缺损修复患者,采用基于数字化口内印模技术的舒适化护理,对牙体修复情况、不良反应发生、舒适度及护理满意度进行评估。结果30例接受牙体缺损修复治疗患者中,所有修复体外形完整,未出现龋坏、无着色、边缘密合、邻接关系良好、咬合功能适宜;修复6个月内均未发生不良反应情况,无瓷崩,咬合舒适;患者术前舒适度评分为(70.24±±4.28)分,术后舒适度评分为(90.45±4.14)分,术后舒适度评分显著高于术前(P<0.05);护理满意度评分为(89.54±2.34)分,均满意最终效果。结论基于数字化口内印模技术的舒适化护理有助于提高牙体缺损修复患者舒适度,修复效果良好。Objective To explore the application of comfort care based on digital intraoral impression technology in patients undergoing dental defect restoration.Methods Thirty patients with dental defects who were treated from December 2023 to March 2024 were selected.Comfort care based on digital intraoral impression technology was used to evaluate the dental restoration situation,adverse reactions,comfort level,and nursing satisfaction.Results Among the 30 patients received dental defect restoration treatment,all restorations had intact appearance,no caries,no staining,tight edges,good adjacency relationship,and appropriate occlusal function;No adverse reactions occurred within 6 months of repair,no porcelain fracture,and comfortable bite;The preoperative comfort score of the patient was(70.24±4.28)points,and the postoperative comfort score was(90.45±4.14)points.The postoperative comfort score was significantly higher than preoperative(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction score was(89.54±2.34)points,and all patients were satisfied with the final outcome.Conclusions Comfortable care based on digital intraoral impression technology can help improve the comfort of patients undergoing dental defect repair,and the repair effect is good.
