摘　　要：目的探讨基于5E康复模式的护理干预在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果。方法对150例手指末节完全离断伤患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者均于2021年1月至2024年2月在滨州医学院附属医院接受断指再植术治疗,根据护理干预方式不同将150例患者分为两组,进行常规护理为对照组,进行基于5E康复模式的护理干预为观察组。比较两组患者的断指再植疗效、再植指血液循环状态、生活质量。结果观察组患者断指再植总优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月,观察组患者再植指指端动脉血流速度、再植指温度、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于5E康复模式的护理干预在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果显著,可改善患者血液循环状态、提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on 5E rehabilitation model in patients after finger replantation surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 150 patients with complete distal finger amputation injuries.All patients underwent finger replantation surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from January 2021 to February 2024.According to the nursing intervention method,the 150 patients were divided into two groups:the control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on the 5E rehabilitation model.Compare the efficacy of finger replantation,blood circulation status,and quality of life between two groups of patients.Results The overall excellent and good rate of finger replantation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the blood flow velocity of the replanted finger end artery,the temperature of the replanted finger,and the comprehensive evaluation questionnaire of quality of life(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of nursing intervention based on the 5E rehabilitation model is significant in patients after finger replantation surgery,which can improve their blood circulation status and enhance their quality of life.
