个性化康复护理在改良阴道后壁阴道紧缩术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化康复护理在改良阴道后壁阴道紧缩术中的应用效果。方法以2023年1月至2024年9月在河南省人民医院就诊的86例阴道松弛患者为研究对象,所有患者均行改良阴道后壁阴道紧缩术治疗,并接受个性化康复护理干预。比较两组术前、术后3个月时的阴道松弛问卷、女性性功能指数量表和性生活满意度问卷评分。结果术后3个月,行改良阴道后壁阴道紧缩术治疗的阴道松弛患者阴道松弛问卷评分由(2.24±0.68)分上升至(5.14±0.57)分,女性性功能指数量表评分由(23.56±2.87)分上升至(31.97±2.63)分,性生活满意度问卷评分由(2.14±0.62)分上升至(3.87±0.56)分。结论个性化康复护理在改良阴道后壁阴道紧缩术中应用可取得良好疗效,能有效改善阴道松弛患者阴道松弛程度,提高患者性功能和性生活满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of personalized rehabilitation nursing in modified posterior wall vaginal contraction.Methods A total of 86 patients with vaginal relaxation treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the study subjects.All patients received modified posterior wall vaginal contraction and personalized rehabilitation nursing intervention.The scores of vaginal laxity questionnaire,female sexual function index and sexual satisfaction questionnaire were compared before and 3 months after operation.Results At 3 months after operation,the scores of the vaginal laxity questionnaire in the patients with vaginal relaxation who underwent modified posterior wall vaginal contraction were increased from(2.24±0.68)points to(5.14±0.57)points,the score of female sexual function index increased from(23.56±2.87)points to(31.97±2.63)points,and the score of sexual satisfaction questionnaire increased from(2.14±0.62)points to(3.87±0.56)points.Conclusions The application of personalized rehabilitation nursing in the modified posterior vaginal wall vaginal contraction can achieve good effect,can effectively improve the degree of vaginal relaxation and the sexual function,sexual satisfaction in patients with vaginal relaxation.
