摘 要:微针技术作为一种新兴的皮肤年轻化治疗手段,凭借其微创性、高效性及广泛的适用性,近年来备受关注。该技术通过机械刺激激活皮肤修复机制,同时增强药物及生物活性分子的透皮递送能力,从而改善皮肤衰老质地。随着生物医学工程和皮肤美容医学的不断发展,微针治疗模式逐渐丰富,并与药物、生物活性成分、物理治疗、中医中药等疗法联合应用,显著扩大应用范围并提升抗衰效果。本文综述了微针技术在皮肤年轻化中的最新研究进展,系统阐述其作用机制、临床应用、联合治疗策略及潜在风险,并结合中国中医药的特色应用,探讨未来发展方向,以期为皮肤抗衰治疗的临床实践及研究提供理论支持。Microneedling technology is an emerging approach to skin rejuvenation,attracting significant attention due to its minimally invasive nature,high efficacy,and broad applicability.This technique stimulates the skin’s repair mechanisms through mechanical micro-injury while enhancing the transdermal delivery of drugs and bioactive molecules,improving skin aging and texture.With continuous advancements in biomedical engineering and aesthetic dermatology,microneedling treatment modalities diversify and increasingly combine with pharmacological agents,bioactive compounds,physical therapies,and traditional Chinese medicine,expanding its applications and enhancing its anti-aging efficacy.This review summarizes the latest research progress on microneedling in skin rejuvenation,systematically explaining its mechanisms of action,clinical applications,combination treatment strategies,and potential risks.Additionally,it discusses its integration with traditional Chinese medicine and explores future directions,providing theoretical support for clinical practice and further research in skin anti-aging therapies.
