摘  要:黄褐斑是一种常见的慢性、获得性色素沉着性疾病,好发于中青年女性面部,对患者的面容及情绪生严重影响。其病因复杂且发病机制尚未完全明确,临床治疗较为困难。目前关于黄褐斑的治疗方法有很多,包括系统药物、外用药物治疗及化学换肤等,然而这些方法都有自身的局限性。许多国内外研究证实,光电技术是治疗黄褐斑的重要方法之一。本文回顾总结了近年来包括Q开关激光、皮秒激光、强脉冲光、点阵激光等的黄褐斑光电治疗技术的研究进展,围绕这些光电治疗设备的类型、作用机制、临床疗效、联合治疗以及安全性等特点做一综述。Melasma is a common,chronic,acquired pigmentation disease that occurs on the face of young and middle-aged women,seriously affecting the patient's appearance and mood.Its causes are diverse and its pathogenesis has not yet been fully clarified,making clinical treatment more difficult.There are many treatments for melasma,including systemic medications,topical medications,and chemical peels,but these methods all have limitations.Many domestic and foreign studies have confirmed that laser and light therapy is one of the important means of treating melasma.This article reviews the research progress of laser and light therapy for melasma in recent years,including Q-switched laser,picosecond laser,intense pulsed light,fractional laser,etc.,and summarizes the types,mechanisms,clinical efficacy,combined treatment,and safety of these photoelectric treatment devices.
