摘 要:瘢痕疙瘩作为一种常见的皮肤损伤反应,它可以是手术切口的愈合后产生的,也可以是其他外伤或疾病的结果。张力生物学作为一门研究生物体内结构和功能相互关联的学科,近年来在瘢痕疙瘩治疗中的重要性逐渐被认识到。张力生物学研究探究了瘢痕疙瘩形成的物理和力学机制,以及如何通过调节力学环境来促进瘢痕疙瘩的修复和治疗,它为瘢痕疙瘩的预防、改善和治疗提供了新的思路和途径。本文深入探讨瘢痕疙瘩形成的张力生物学和调节皮肤张力生物学以减少瘢痕疙瘩形成的方法,以期为瘢痕疙瘩的防治提供新的方法和手段。Keloid,as a common skin injury reaction,can be caused by the healing of surgical incision or the result of other trauma or diseases.Tension biology,as a discipline that studies the interrelationship between structure and function in organisms,has gradually been recognized in the treatment of keloids in recent years.Tension biology studies have explored the physical and mechanical mechanisms of keloid formation and how to promote the repair and treatment of keloids by regulating the mechanical environment.It provides new ideas and approaches for the prevention,improvement and treatment of keloids.In this paper,we will further explore the tension biology of keloid formation and the methods of regulating skin tension biology to reduce keloid formation,in order to provide new methods and means for the prevention and treatment of keloid.
