城市夜间经济业态空间格局及其影响因素——以长沙市区为例

摘　　要：夜间经济业态是城市文旅消费经济的重要内容,研究城市夜间经济业态空间格局及其影响因素可为城市夜间经济空间格局优化、夜间经济高质量发展提供决策参考。文章以长沙市区为研究范围,通过爬取大众点评POI数据,采用平均最邻近指数、核密度分析、Ripley’sK函数、信息熵、空间自相关分析等方法对长沙市区夜间经济业态空间格局进行分析,利用地理探测器探讨其影响因素。研究发现:(1)长沙市区夜间经济业态呈现出“一核两极多片”的空间分布格局与“沿江、沿道”“河东密、河西疏”的空间分异特征。(2)各业态不同尺度下的空间集聚强度不同,随空间距离增加,空间聚集强度先增后减。休闲、娱乐、购物、餐饮业态空间集聚尺度较大,教育、住宿、游览类居中,文体类较弱。(3)业态功能均衡度呈中心高度聚集特征,开放性行业之间空间相关性较强,而专项性行业之间空间相关性较弱。(4)长沙市区夜间经济业态空间格局受人口因素、经济因素、资源禀赋、政策支持、交通通达性的综合影响,且因子间交互作用均呈协同作用。这五项影响因素分别作为城市夜间经济的主导因素、支持因素、本源动力、宏观调节与微观调节因素综合影响城市夜间经济业态空间格局。The night-time economic format is an important part of the urban cultural tourism consumption economy.Studying the spatial pattern and influencing factors of urban night-time economic formats can provide decision-making references for optimizing the spatial pattern of urban night-time economy and promoting high-quality development of the night-time economy.This paper takes Changsha urban area as the research scope,analyzes the spatial pattern of night-time economic formats in Changsha urban area by crawling POI data of Dianping and using methods such as the average nearest neighbor index,kernel density analysis,Ripley's K function,information entropy,and spatial autocorrelation analysis.It also explores the influencing factors using geographical detectors.Results The main results are as follows:1)The night-time economic formats in Changsha urban area present a spatial distribution pattern of"one core,two poles,and multiple areas"and spatial differentiation characteristics of"along the river and along the road"and"dense in the east of the river and sparse in the west of the river."2)The spatial agglomeration intensity varies across different scales of formats,increasing first and then decreasing with increasing spatial distance.Leisure,entertainment,shopping,and catering formats have a larger scale of spatial agglomeration,while education,accommodation,and tourism formats are in the middle,and cultural and sports formats are weaker.3)The functional balance of formats shows a high degree of central agglomeration,with strong spatial correlation among open industries and weak spatial correlation among specialized industries.4)The spatial pattern of night-time economic formats in Changsha prefecture is influenced by a combination of demographic factors,economic factors,resource endowments,policy support,and traffic accessibility,and the interactions among these factors are synergistic.These five influencing factors serve as the dominant,supporting,intrinsic driving,macro-regulating,and micro-regulating factors for the
