基于“节点—场所”模型的福州市轨道交通与土地利用协调发展状态研究

摘  要:我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,城市发展面临着从“增量”外延向“存量”盘活转型。城市轨道交通作为城市重要的开发导向和更新引擎,深入探索其与土地利用的互动关系,对于挖掘城市更新潜力、促进城市可持续发展具有重要意义。文章以福州市为例,基于改进后的“节点—场所”模型建立了一套评价指标体系,旨在从宏观、中观、微观三个尺度阐述轨道交通与土地利用的协调状态,并针对典型车站协调状态进行了审视与优化思考。研究发现:(1)福州市轨道交通与土地利用协调发展水平较低,主要呈现出“从属—平衡”的状态,可持续发展水平较低。(2)不同圈层的轨道交通车站展现出各异的协调发展状态:压力状态和节点失衡状态的车站多集中在核心区,场所失衡状态的车站均分布在中心区,而从属状态的车站大多布局在外围区。(3)协调发展状态与车站换乘功能、车站类型具有一定的关联,换乘车站中高达90%处于压力状态和失衡状态,商办型和待建型车站处于失衡状态的数量比重超过平均水平。鉴于此,福州市未来的城市更新应重点关注轨道交通站域地区的发展,依据各车站自身发展特点与差异,量身定制发展策略,以促进低效协同车站以及失衡车站向高效平衡发展状态转型,实现城市高质量发展。China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,and urban development is facing a shift from"incremental"expansion to"stock"revitalization.As an important driver of urban development and renewal,urban rail transit plays a crucial role.Deeply exploring the interactive relationship between rail transit and land use is of great significance for tapping into the potential of urban renewal and promoting sustainable urban development.This study takes Fuzhou as an example and establishes an evaluation index system based on an improved"node-place"model.The aim is to elaborate on the coordination status of rail transit and land use from macro,meso,and micro scales,and to examine and optimize the coordination status of typical stations.1)The study finds that the coordinated development level of rail transit and land use in Fuzhou is relatively low,mainly exhibiting a"subordinate-balanced"state with a low level of sustainable development.2)Different layers of rail transit stations show varying coordination development states:stations in a stressed state and node imbalance state are mostly concentrated in the core area,stations in a place imbalance state are all distributed in the central area,while stations in a subordinate state are mostly located in the peripheral area.3)The coordination development state is related to the transfer function and type of stations.Up to 90%of transfer stations are in a stressed state and imbalance state,and the proportion of commercial and pending stations in an imbalance state exceeds the average.In view of this,Fuzhou's future urban renewal should focus on the development of rail transit station areas,tailoring development strategies based on the unique characteristics and differences of each station,to facilitate the transition of inefficient and imbalanced stations to an efficient and balanced state,thus achieving high-quality urban development.
