摘  要:空间信息技术的飞速发展推动着基础设施建设方式的变革,其中建筑信息模型(BIM)与实景三维融合是土木施工管理走向全面数字化与精细发展的典型技术应用场景之一。以厦门市重点建设项目同翔大道洪溪互通工程为例,开展BIM与实景三维融合技术在复杂环境高架互通工程中的应用研究,探讨其在提升施工效率有效性和加强施工安全上的可行性。具体研究包括:高架互通工程的部件级BIM构建、与无人机倾斜地面贴近摄影相结合的精细实景三维构建、BIM实景三维模型的匹配、融合后施工管理应用等。结果表明:复杂环境下高架互通工程BIM与实景三维融合的地理匹配精度可达到厘米级,可满足计算主线桥桥墩施工进度与相关质量检查等要求,为复杂环境大型基础设施建设的数字化与量化管理提供了示范。The rapid development of spatial information technology is driving the transformation of infrastructure construction methods,with the integration of BIM and real-scene 3D being one of the typical technological application scenarios for civil construction management towards comprehensive digitization and refined development.Taking the key construction project of the Hongxi Interchange on Tongxiang Avenue in Xiamen as an example,this article conducts a study on the application of BIM and real-scene 3D integration technology in complex environmental elevated interchange projects,exploring its feasibility in improving construction efficiency and enhancing construction safety.Specific research includes:component-level BIM construction for elevated interchange projects,fine real-scene 3D construction combined with drone oblique ground close-range photography,matching of BIM real-scene 3D models,and post-integration construction management applications.The results show that the geographic matching accuracy of BIM and real-scene 3D integration for elevated interchange projects in complex environments can reach the centimeter level,meeting the requirements for calculating the construction progress of mainline bridge piers and related quality inspections,providing a demonstration for the digitization and quantitative management of large-scale infrastructure construction in complex environments.
